What is Vacuum Casting?

Applications of Vacuum Casting
Vacuum casting is one of the most cost-effective methods for producing high-quality, low-volume plastic parts that closely resemble injection moulded components.
These parts are ideal for form, fit, and function testing during design stages, as well as for marketing, field user testing, and product design verification.
A wide variety of urethane casting resins are available to meet diverse design requirements including temperature resistance, surface textures, hardness, and transparency levels (from fully opaque to completely transparent).
Vacuum casting can also produce high-quality wax masters for investment casting, enhancing the reproduction of intricate features.
