Product Description

The ring nut is a critical component for connecting mechanical equipment. Through its internal thread, it securely connects with screws of matching specifications. These eye nuts are commonly used with external threaded columns for lifting various equipment including molds, chassis, and motors.

Standard ring screws typically have no surface treatment, but can be customized with galvanized passivation, chrome plating, or other finishes according to GB5267-85 specifications. Material testing includes chemical composition and mechanical properties per GB699 standards.

Important Usage Notes

Discard immediately if visible deformation occurs
When lifting with acceleration or impact, use smaller loads than rated capacity
For 45° lifting, ensure proper support surface contact and use appropriate washers
Combination error (deflection) should not exceed 5 degrees from the plane containing the axis
Heat-treated special steel materials may have reduced ductility and increased breakage risk
