Titanium Alloy TC4 (Ti-6Al-4V) is a high-strength, corrosion-resistant alloy ideal for aerospace, medical, and high-performance automotive applications. These precision machined components are custom manufactured to your exact specifications.
Titanium alloy steel pipe is a tubular material made of titanium alloy, which has the characteristics of high strength, low density and corrosion resistance, and is widely used in aviation, petrochemical, medical and other fields. Its main components include titanium and aluminium, vanadium and other alloying elements, common grades are Ti-6Al-4V (TC4) and industrial pure titanium (TA series). According to microstructure, it can be divided into three categories: α-type, (α+β) type and β-type, of which (α+β) type is the most widely used.
The material shows excellent corrosion resistance in chloride, sulphide and seawater environments and is suitable for equipment such as condensers and chemical heat exchangers. Its welding performance is good, and the joint strength can reach 90% of the base metal, but the processing is susceptible to impurities such as hydrogen and oxygen, and the production process needs to be strictly controlled. Heat treatment processes such as annealing, solid solution and aging can regulate its mechanical properties and improve organisational stability.
For optimal performance, clean components with a soft cloth and mild detergent. Avoid exposure to aggressive acids and conduct regular inspections in harsh operating environments.
