• Steel: High strength often requires wire cutting for complex features due to heat generation.
• Brass: High tensile strength but requires slow cutting speeds due to softness.

• Non-metal Washers: Polymer-based for superior sealing and shock absorption in pipeline systems and electronics.
• Metal Washers: High strength and corrosion resistance for high-temperature, high-pressure applications.
• Composite Washers: Combine metal and non-metal benefits for chemical and food processing equipment.

Aluminum Characteristics: Lightweight (2.7 g/cm³), corrosion-resistant, good conductivity, 100% recyclable, highly formable, and non-magnetic.
