Our brass-coated tungsten wire (diameter 0.1mm-0.3mm) is optimized for ultra-fine Wire EDM machining. Featuring a uniform coating thickness (±0.002mm) and tensile strength up to 1,200 N/mm², this wire minimizes breakage during high-speed cutting of hardened steels and exotic alloys.
