High-Strength Bolts
3. High-strength bolts differ in material composition from ordinary bolts. They are typically employed for permanent connections, with common sizes ranging from M16 to M30. Extra-large high-strength bolts exhibit unstable performance characteristics and should be used with caution.
4. Bolted connections in primary structural members of buildings generally utilise high-strength bolts.
5. High-strength bolts supplied ex-works are not categorised as either bearing-type or friction-type.

Stainless Steel 310S Characteristics
Stainless Steel 310S is a low-carbon version of 310 stainless steel, offering superior resistance to oxidation and corrosion at high temperatures. This material is often used in applications where resistance to scaling and thermal fatigue is crucial, such as in kilns, combustion chambers, and high-temperature boilers.
310S stainless steel (old designation 0Cr25Ni20, new designation 06Cr25Ni20) is an austenitic chromium-nickel stainless steel, corresponding to the American grade 310S, manufactured to the Chinese GB/T14976-2012 standard. Its chemical composition comprises 24.00%-26.00% chromium, 19.00%-22.00% nickel, along with ≤0.08% carbon, ≤2.00% manganese, and other elements. This material exhibits outstanding oxidation resistance, corrosion resistance, and creep strength at elevated temperatures, with a continuous service temperature of 1150°C and a maximum operating temperature of 1200°C. 
310S stainless steel exhibits a tensile strength ≥520MPa, yield strength ≥205MPa, elongation ≥40%, and a melting point of 1398℃–1454℃. Its softening temperature commences at 800℃, with properties improvable through solution treatment at 1030℃–1180℃ . Primarily employed in manufacturing high-temperature equipment components such as electric furnace tubes, heat treatment furnaces, combustion chambers, and heat exchangers, it is suitable for high-heat environments including petrochemical, energy, and coke oven riser heat exchanger inner tubes. Its seamless tube production process encompasses hot-rolled piercing, cold rolling, and pickling, while welded tubes utilise a combined process of slit welding and solution heat treatment.
