Stainless Steel 310S

Stainless Steel 310S is a low-carbon version of 310 stainless steel, offering superior resistance to oxidation and corrosion at high temperatures. It retains its strength and resistance to corrosion in temperatures up to 2100°F. There are differences between 310 stainless steel and 304 stainless steel in chemical composition, performance and application areas.
1, chemical composition: 304 stainless steel carbon content, nickel content, silicon content, chromium content are lower than 310S stainless steel.
2, performance: 310S stainless steel has excellent corrosion resistance, oxidation resistance and high temperature resistance, while 304 stainless steel has good corrosion resistance, heat resistance, low temperature strength and mechanical properties.In high temperature resistance, 310S stainless steel is better than 304, 310S high temperature resistance of about 1000 ℃, 304 high temperature resistance of about 800 ℃.
