Vacuum Casting Process

Our process begins with a master model (3D-printed or CNC-machined), from which we create a detailed silicone mold. Liquid resin is injected under vacuum pressure to ensure bubble-free filling, resulting in parts with excellent surface finishes and precise dimensions.

This method is particularly valuable for rapid prototyping and low-volume production, allowing aerospace companies to test parts before committing to expensive tooling. Vacuum casting enables fast iteration while reducing material waste.
