Material Characteristics
  • Aluminum AL6063: Excellent extrusion capabilities and surface finish, ideal for architectural and structural applications. Requires regular cleaning with non-abrasive cleaners and protective coatings for outdoor use.
  • Aluminum AL7050: High-strength alloy with superior resistance to stress corrosion cracking, primarily used in aerospace applications. Benefits from routine inspection and anodizing for enhanced wear resistance.   The main alloying element of 7075 aluminium alloy is zinc, adding magnesium to the alloy containing 3%-75% zinc can form MgZn2 with remarkable strengthening effect, making the heat treatment effect of the alloy far better than that of aluminium-zinc binary alloy. By increasing the zinc and magnesium content of the alloy, the tensile hardness is further increased, but the resistance to stress corrosion and spalling corrosion is reduced. After heat treatment, very high strength properties can be achieved. The materials of this series are generally added to the discussion of copper and chromium alloys. The 7075-7651 aluminium alloy is the best of this family and is regarded as the finest of the aluminium alloys, with high strength, far superior to that of soft steel. This alloy has good mechanical properties and anodic reaction. Mainly used in aerospace, mould processing, machinery and equipment. Jigs and fixtures, especially for aircraft structures and other high-stress structures requiring high strength and corrosion resistance.
